I'm Susan, an entry-level data analyst with hands-on project experience across BI and operational analytics. I work end-to-end, from raw source data through cleaning, modeling and dashboards to the insight on the other side.
My core work is BI and analytics. I've built project-based reporting for brewery sales, healthcare operations, pizza orders, bank customers, employee records and pharmaceutical data, turning raw tables into dashboards and insights a team can act on.
I work across SQL, Power BI, Excel, Power Query and Python. The tool is never the point. The point is a defensible pipeline, a clean number, and a report someone can make a decision with.
My psychology background helps me frame the right question and design reporting people actually read. But the day-to-day is data: joins, models, DAX, dashboards, delivery.

SQL Fluency
+Comfortable in JOINs, CTEs, window functions and messy real-world schemas. The query is where the analysis actually happens.
Reporting That Gets Used
+I build dashboards leadership opens on Monday morning, not ones that sit dormant after the demo.
Data Cleaning Discipline
+Power Query, Pandas, deduping, type coercion. I don't trust an analysis until the pipeline is defensible.
